Located in the sleeping car, Roomettes offer guests a quiet resting room with privacy, personal space and added comforts and amenities you can’t get in coach. Roomettes include spacious seating by day that converts to bunk-style beds by night. Roomettes also include a picture window, fresh linens, towels and a private shower and restroom. Accommodations also include turndown services by a sleeping car attendant who assists with luggage and meals.
Customers booking private rooms also receive lounge access at major rail stations, priority boarding and meals.

Roomette accommodations are available on California Zephyr, Capitol Limited, Cardinal, City of New Orleans, Coast Starlight, Crescent, Empire Builder, Lake Shore Limited, Silver Service, Southwest Chief, Sunset Limited and Texas Eagle (not available on the Auto Train).
