To celebrate Cannes Film Festival and Monaco F1 Grand Prix, Air France launches new direct flights between Hollywood and the French Riviera. A longstanding partner of the Cannes Film Festival, Air France once again restarts special flights between Los Angeles (LAX) and Nice (NCE).

Flights officially launch May 12, departing Los Angeles at 1:15 p.m. and arriving in Nice the following day at 9:40 a.m. On May 26, the flight leaves Nice at 1:55 p.m. and arrives in Los Angeles at 4:55 p.m. the same day.

This route will be operated by an Airbus A350, equipped with Air France’s latest cabins. In business class, passengers enjoy a sliding door to create a fully enclosed space for optimal privacy. Each business-class seat also converts into a full-flat bed. In premium economy, passengers are introduced to the latest recliner-type seat with a nearly-19-inch  pan and recline of up to 121 degrees. Economy seats feature fitted foam, a 119-degree recline and more than 30 inches of legroom. Each cabin comes with wide, high-definition, individual touchscreens.

In addition to this route, Air France will also operate four special flights between New York (JFK) and Nice for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, taking place June 16–20. This flight departs June 14 and 15 from New York at 4:35 p.m. and arrives in Nice the following day at 6:30 a.m. Departing flights from Nice are available June 19 and 20 at 11:55 a.m., arriving in New York the same day at 2:40 p.m.
