Favorite Memories from a Caribbean-Hopping Cruise

by Kimberly Inlander

May 11, 2019

It’s been a few weeks since I last blogged about my mother-daughter cruise in March, but I wanted to recap the islands we visited and share our favorite moment from each destination in today’s blog!

We arrived at Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, but with flight times and other obligations, the highlight of Day One was exploring all of the ship’s myriad amenities and services. This remained one of our favorite pastimes for the entirety of our journey!

On Monday, Day Three, we tendered to Anguilla, where we were met with an abrupt thunderstorm. We spent the remainder of the day on the ship and ordered room service for dinner; dinner was the favorite part of the day, thanks to this amazing cheese soufflé!

In St. Lucia, an island I’d love to return to, we had a blast taking a scenic aerial tramway through the rain forest, and in St. Vincent and the Grenadines we got up close and personal with some adorable turtle rescues.

As we took a bus tour of the island, it was a chance for her to comment on all the changes to the island.
