Recently the Global Traveler team has grown with the addition of three new members to our sales team: Jean-Claude, Ashley and William. To celebrate their joining the group, we had a company lunch at The Vault in Yardley, Pa.
We have been to The Vault as a group a few times before, each time with a different menu and experience. The beer and wine selection at The Vault is phenomenal, and everyone was able to find something new to try and enjoy. As for the appetizers, we decided to share plates of hummus and Buffalo cauliflower. I am usually not a big fan of cauliflower, but put enough buffalo and blue cheese on it and I will ravage the plate.
The main course was, at least for me, a generously sized personal margarita pizza with fresh basil and a balsamic reduction across the top. I realize pizza is a rather basic choice at any restaurant, but after seeing the brick oven in the corner of the restaurant, I had to give it a try.
Overall, the experience at The Vault was full of great food and conversation.
