On the heels of the opening of The Hoxton, Florence last month, The Hoxton, Edinburgh is slated to open June 23 within 11 stitched-together townhouses set across both sides of Edinburgh’s Grosvenor Street. With original Georgian features preserved throughout the property, The Hoxton, Edinburgh, blends history with contemporary features.

The hotel will span 214 guestrooms, including three self-contained Houses (coming later this summer). These three Houses are three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes, ideal for travelers looking to live like a local. Each guestroom also boasts the hotel’s very own bathroom amenities, called Blank.

In addition to design-drive guestrooms, The Hoxton, Edinburgh includes a spacious, open-house lobby; intimate cinema for just five guests at a time; ballroom events space; all-day Italian restaurant Patatino; and The Apartment meeting and events concept. The four Apartment spaces center around the hotel’s communal Pantry, making it ideal for parties, private dining and meetings big or small.

Patatino embraces the Amalfi coast with hearty Italian dishes in a laid-back, romantic atmosphere. Dishes utilize local Scottish produce, too.

Guests of the new hotel will enjoy easy access to some of the city’s most iconic sites, including Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and Old Town.
