Chef Kevin Garcia’s menu includes regional Italian favorites from across the peninsula. Comprehensive lunch and dinner menus include a variety of antipasti, grilled pizzas, fresh pastas, fish, meat, salads and carpaccios. Each visit to Accademia di Vino brings a new taste experience and dining sensation.
The knowledgeable staff is experienced in the art of Italian dining, with regular discourses on the country’s wine, food and hospitality.
In addition to lunch and dinner service, Accademia di Vino hosts private parties and special events. Private dinners include wine pairings, and informal wine classes and dinners are regularly offered. A Wine Class Program, Wine Makers Dinner and tastings are also part of the Accademia di Vino experience.

The true stars at Accademia di Vino are, without a doubt, the wines. The extensive and impressive wine selection increased from 500 bottles in 2007 to more than 800 bottles today. The restaurant earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2008 and the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
More than a restaurant, Accademia di Vino is a New York City wine destination. The selection of wines by the glass has also grown significantly and changes frequently. Overall, the wine selection includes a range of options from all across Italy, including the lesser-known areas. Central to the core of the restaurant is the wine’s integrity, and all the sparklings, whites and reds are properly stored in a temperature-controlled environment.
