Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Rome’s first and only 3-Michelin-starred restaurant La Pergola offers two multicourse dining experiences with wine pairings. On Christmas Eve, enjoy an eight-course, seafood-focused dinner inspired by the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes. On Christmas Day, the restaurant offers a different eight-course meal. The property’s Uliveto restaurant also offers Christmas Eve dinner as well as Christmas Day brunch.

Dec. 24–Jan. 6, Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace offers an early evening holiday tea paired with pastries and cocktails for adults.
New Year’s Festivities
Ring in the New Year at Rome Cavalieri. Celebrations include a five-course gala dinner complete with a welcome apertivo buffet and dessert buffet at Uliveto. La Pergola hosts a nine-course dinner with wine and Champagne pairings. Live music and fireworks cap off the evening. For a more laid-back evening, head to Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace for a Blue Bubbles celebration, complete with Champagne and canapes. Enjoy New Year’s Day brunch in the Garden Lobby.

As usual, we have a lot going on at Global Traveler. We are about to start our efforts with the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center Roundup Gala, to be held Oct. 24 in Philadelphia. The organization asked me to serve as cochair with John Kelley, a member of the Advisory Board of FXExpress Publications, Inc. Last year’s event surpassed that of 2023, so we have big shoes to fill for 2025.
