Tour operator Off the Map Travel offers travelers an immersive itinerary in Sweden. The new Sápmi Experience brings travelers to northern Sweden for a cultural experience with the indigenous Sami people.
The three-night, four-day tour takes place in Sápmi Nature Camp on the Sjavnja Nature Reserve in Laponia, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Guests will enjoy a glamping experience in a newly built Sami lavvu, or teepee. The upgraded lavvus are built for maximum coziness while still maintaining the design of the traditional Sami structures. Each lavvu sleeps two people and features a double bed, stove, furnishings and en-suite bathroom.
