With football season in full swing, it’s time to start talking about fantasy football. I have never been a part of a league before but decided to join one with my friends. I am nervous because I don’t really know what I’m doing or how it works, but I am also excited to see how my team does.
We have 16 players in the league and had an in-person draft last weekend. It took a while since there were so many of us drafting, and some of the guys were strategic with their picks. I like to watch football but don’t know much about other teams in the league besides the Eagles, so I had to ask some people for a little advice while picking.

I think I have a pretty good team. I have some Eagles players I was excited to get, as well as Russell Wilson as my quarterback, which was who I wanted, so I was happy.
With the long season ahead, I am going to have to ask my dad and brothers for advice on who to trade, play and keep to ensure I have the best team playing.
Although I have to root for the other players on my team, I will never root against the Eagles. I will hope the individual players do well in the games each week but will always hope the Eagles do better.
I am so nervous for this upcoming Eagles season with the quarterback change, having a young quarterback, the coaching staff changes and everything in between. I am still hopeful, though!
