This past weekend I joined my boyfriend and a couple friends on a quick visit to Peddler’s Village. Although the weather wasn’t the best due to rain, we had a great time!
Having not been there before, I felt like I was in a fake town. If you’ve watched the show One Tree Hill, you’ll know what I mean when I say it felt as if I was sitting at Karen’s Café at one point. I can only imagine how beautiful everything is during fall and the holiday season — which I am already looking forward to!
From great food and drinks to unique shops and amazing family activities, Peddler’s Village offers its visitors (of all ages) a great time. As we waited for the rain to go away, we grabbed some drinks and delicious food at Hart’s Tavern and enjoyed the cozy vibes you feel as soon as you walk in. We stopped in the shops that caught our attention and got all sorts of things — books, candles, scarves, crystals and more! If you enjoy retro fashion, you will not regret visiting Hats Galore & More . . . so chic and classy! Unlike the drinks we ended our night with, we indulged our childish side with an afternoon ride on the carousel as we truly are kids at heart!
