With 2024 rapidly coming to a close, it’s time to look ahead to the new year’s exciting hotel openings around the country.

Trailborn Grand Canyon

Slated to open in January 2025, this property marks the fourth hotel to open from the new hospitality brand. Located in Williams, Arizona, the property sits down the road from Grand Canyon Railway. The resort will feature 96 guestrooms, kids’ play area, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor games court, fire pit, and more.

Trailborn Surf & Sound

Housed in the iconic former Blockade Runner hotel, this beachfront hotel will open in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, in late January 2025. Its unique location offers both beach and sound access. The property also boasts 151 guestrooms, a curated market and gym with Peloton bikes.

New Method Co. Boutique Hotel

A yet unnamed boutique hotel from Method Co. eyes a spring 2025 opening in Charleston, South Carolina. This property will boast a mix of suites and a rooftop bar and lounge with views of downtown Charleston.

Located a 15-minute drive to Sequoia National Park, this property in Three Rivers, California, offers a mix of accommodations. Explore the common offerings in the 3,350-square-foot Clubhouse. Autocamp Sequoia will debut in spring 2025.

This unique property offers 67 accommodations, including 55 custom Airstream trailers, two cabins, four premium suites and six smaller suites. The property features all-season amenities and a mid-century modern design. Opening spring 2025.
