Expected to debut in spring 2025, Faena New York will offer visitors stunning views of the High Line and Hudson River from One High Line’s East Tower. The hotel will feature 120 rooms, a spa, celebrity-chef restaurant and live entertainment venue.
Kimpton’s third New York City property will open in late 2025 in Rockefeller Center. The hotel will feature 529 guestrooms, two restaurants, a rooftop bar, fitness center and meeting spaces.
Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel & Spa
This property will debut in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood in 2025. The hotel will include 145 guestrooms and suites, a traditional onsen, spa, wellness center, rooftop bar, and Nobu omakase dining.
Slated to debut in spring 2025, this property in the Hudson Valley is perfect for a cozy retreat. Set within a historic building in Rosendale, New York, the property will feature 11 rooms, a café and retail shop.
This 173-guestroom hotel will debut in New York City’s Bryant Park in mid-2025. Designed by Marin Architects, the 42-story building will boast an illuminated crown structure and 25-foot cantilever for a striking view.
