Fidelity Hotel
Set to debut in a landmark downtown Cleveland building in Q4, Fidelity Hotel will feature 97 guestrooms and suites, a restaurant, bar, event space and private dining room.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol
Opening in Bristol, Virginia, in summer 2024, the resort will be home to 300 guestrooms, five restaurants, four bars and lounges, event facilities, retailers and an indoor/outdoor concert venue. The on-site casino will feature 1,500 slot machines, 55 table games and a sportsbook.
Hotel Cleveland, Marriott Autograph Collection
The former Renaissance Cleveland Hotel will reopen in spring 2024 as Hotel Cleveland, the property’s original name in 1918. The $80-plus million, multiyear renovation includes a transformation of the 491 guestrooms, restaurants, and public and event spaces.

Set to open in the popular Old Town neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia, in spring 2024, this property will feature 134 guestrooms and 30,000 square feet of hotel amenities, meeting space and retail space.

This reimagined 118-year-old hotel will reopen in Petersburg, Virginia, in summer 2024. The boutique property will feature 68 guestrooms, a restaurant, rooftop bar and event space.
