Costa Rica reigns supreme for 2023, with more than 62,000 Google searches for Costa Rican spas. Many luxurious spas and spa resorts incorporate the region’s natural beauty and ingredients to provide elevated massages, treatments and more. Immense pinkish boulders, purportedly eons old, litter the expanses. They look like colossal petrified tennis balls left from a rigorous rally from long ago. Suddenly, a roadrunner speeds across the highway. “Whoa,” said the driver. “At least it wasn’t a Gila monster.”
